Pricing questions
Do I need a new merchant account to sign up?
No. Every Midcove plan works with a MID you already have from NMI, Authorize.Net, Stripe, or PayPal. You bring the merchant account; we bring the CRM.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Changes apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
What counts as a transaction?
Any sale, void, or refund processed through the Midcove virtual terminal, plugin, or API counts as one transaction.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee on Starter or Growth. Enterprise pricing is custom and quoted based on transaction volume and number of boarded MIDs.
What's included in Enterprise?
