Looking for a White Label Payment Platform? Partner With Midcove Instead

Midcove is the payment CRM layer that ISOs, payment consultants, and software platforms point their merchants toward. If you're comparing every white label payment platform on the market because you want a payments offering to put in front of merchants, our partner program is the honest alternative: your merchants get a full payment gateway CRM, and you keep the relationship.

The honest definition

White label payment platform vs. the Midcove partner program

We'd rather be precise than impressive. Midcove is not a rebrandable product you resell under your own logo — it's a payment platform for partners to recommend. Merchants you introduce use Midcove under the Midcove name, connect the merchant account they already have with NMI, Authorize.Net, Stripe, or PayPal, and manage everything from one dashboard.

That distinction matters. A true white-label arrangement makes you responsible for the software your merchants run every day. The Midcove partner program keeps the roles clean: you stay the trusted advisor who shaped the merchant's processing setup, and we handle the product, the support, and the roadmap. Everything in the payment gateway CRM feature set is ours to build and maintain — and yours to put to work in your offering.

If you run a portfolio of merchants, our ISO merchant management software page covers how Midcove looks from the reseller's side of the table: onboarding, oversight, and role-based access across the accounts you help manage.

What this is not

So there's no surprise on the first call, here's what the Midcove partner program does not include:

  • No rebranded dashboards — merchants log in to Midcove, under the Midcove name.
  • No processing under your name — every merchant brings their own MID.
  • No new merchant accounts or re-underwriting — existing gateway accounts connect as-is.
  • No software for you to host, support, or maintain — that stays our job.
Who partners with Midcove

Built for the people already helping merchants process payments

Midcove works the same way for every merchant — connect the MID they already have, then manage it in the CRM. That makes it a natural fit for anyone who guides merchants toward processing setups.

ISOs & agents

You help merchants get boarded with NMI, Authorize.Net, Stripe, or PayPal and want a CRM to recommend alongside the account — a reseller program built around referrals, not resold software.

ISO merchant management tools

Payment consultants

You advise merchants on processing setup and want a payments-first CRM to point clients toward — one that respects the gateway relationships you helped them build.

What a payment CRM does

Software platforms

Your users need to process payments and you want a referral partner for MID management and fraud tools — plus a drop-in plugin and REST API when a deeper connection makes sense.

What merchants get

The product behind your payments recommendation

When you point a merchant at Midcove, this is what lands in their hands — the same CRM every Midcove merchant uses.

Virtual terminal

Card-not-present payments with AVS and CVV checks, so phone and mail orders run through the merchant's own gateway account.

Virtual terminal processing

Transaction dashboard

Sales, voids, and refunds from every connected gateway in one searchable, sortable view — one login instead of four portals.

Transaction management dashboard

Chargeback management

Dispute alerts, evidence upload, and case tracking — the part of payments your merchants will thank you for handing them tools for.

Chargeback management software

Fraud prevention

IP, email, phone, and BIN blocking with an automatic 24-hour lockout after repeated failures — sensible defaults merchants can tighten.

Fraud prevention software

Guided onboarding

A merchant onboarding flow that connects the existing MID step by step. No new account, no re-underwriting — most merchants go live the same day.

Merchant onboarding software

Reporting & exports

Clean reports and exports across every connected gateway, so the numbers you discuss with a merchant match the numbers they see.

Partner fit

Is the Midcove partner program a fit for you?

The program isn't for everyone, and that's by design. It works best when your merchants already hold their own gateway accounts and you want a payment platform for partners to recommend — not software to run yourself.

Run through the checklist. If most of it sounds like you, tell us about the merchants you serve through our contact page and we'll take it from there. There's no application form to grind through — the program starts with a conversation.

You're probably a fit if…

  • You already work with merchants processing through NMI, Authorize.Net, Stripe, or PayPal.
  • Your merchants keep their own MIDs — you're not looking to aggregate processing under one account.
  • You want to round out your payments offering with a CRM you can recommend with a straight face.
  • You'd rather refer software than build, host, or support it under your own brand.
  • You care that the tools you recommend are built to align with PCI DSS requirements, with encryption and role-based access.
How it works

Becoming a Midcove partner, step by step

No lengthy certification track. The path from first email to first referred merchant is deliberately short.

1

Reach out

Contact us and tell us who you are — ISO, agent, consultant, or platform — and roughly how many merchants you work with and which gateways they use.

2

Talk through the fit

We'll walk you through the CRM the way your merchants will see it and be candid about where Midcove fits your offering — and where it doesn't.

3

Shape the arrangement

Together we agree how Midcove slots into what you offer merchants — how introductions happen, what your merchants should expect, and who they call for what.

4

Point merchants our way

Referred merchants connect the gateway account they already have through guided onboarding. No new MID, no re-underwriting — most are live the same day.

FAQ

Partner Program Questions, Answered

Is Midcove a white label payment platform?

No — and we'd rather say so up front. Midcove runs under the Midcove name; you can't rebrand the dashboard or resell it as your own software. What we offer instead is a partner program: ISOs, consultants, and platforms recommend Midcove to their merchants, keep the merchant relationship, and leave the product and support to us.

Do partner merchants need their own MID?

Yes. It's the same bring-your-own-MID model as any Midcove merchant — each merchant connects the merchant account they already have with NMI, Authorize.Net, Stripe, or PayPal. Midcove never processes under a partner's name or aggregates volume under one account.

Who is the Midcove partner program for?

Three groups, mainly: ISOs and agents who board merchants with the four supported gateways, payment consultants who advise merchants on processing setup, and software platforms whose users need MID management and fraud tools. If you already guide merchants on payments, you're the audience.

Can I rebrand the Midcove dashboard for my merchants?

No. Merchants log in to Midcove as Midcove. Your branded payments offering is the package you build around it — your advice, your gateway relationships, your service — with Midcove as the recommended CRM layer inside it.

Does Midcove replace my merchants' gateway or processor?

No. Midcove sits on top of the merchant's existing gateway account. Every transaction still processes and settles through NMI, Authorize.Net, Stripe, or PayPal exactly as it does today — Midcove adds the management layer: dashboard, disputes, refunds, fraud rules, and reporting.

Which gateways can referred merchants connect?

Exactly four: NMI, Authorize.Net, Stripe, and PayPal. A merchant can connect one account or several across those gateways, depending on their plan, and manage all of them from a single login.

How quickly can a merchant I refer go live?

Usually the same day. Because merchants connect an existing merchant account rather than applying for a new one, there's no re-underwriting — the guided onboarding flow walks them through connecting their MID and setting up users and permissions.

What does Midcove cost for merchants I refer?

The same as for any merchant: plans start at $49/month for a single connected MID, with higher tiers for multiple gateways and advanced fraud rules, and custom Enterprise pricing. The full tier table is on our pricing page — no partner-only markups.

Is there a formal reseller program with published commissions?

Not a rate sheet, no. The program starts with a conversation: you tell us about the merchants you serve, and we work out together how Midcove fits into your offering. We'd rather shape the arrangement around your book of business than force it into a one-size-fits-all tier.

How do I become a Midcove partner?

Reach out through the contact page and tell us who you are, how many merchants you work with, and which gateways they use. We'll walk you through the CRM, be candid about fit, and agree how introductions will work. There's no lengthy application or certification process.
